The high quality silicone heating element of the HISD/E side drum heater is stitched into an insulated jacket made from a highly durable flame retardant polyester fabric and insulated with a thermally efficient, flexible E-glass fibre blanket. The construction is complete with easy to use quick release buckles for simple installation and removal, 4 metres of robust power cable and either a 0°C to 40°C or 0°C to 90°C capillary thermostat (digital option available), a 145oC over-temperature limiter for further protection and has a class II double insulated element meaning that it far exceeds European safety standards. It also provides an unrivalled solution for frost protection applications.
