• Material: The friction material of the brake pad is less metal and non-asbestos, containing brass and DuPont Kevlar fiber. The backplane is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer is wrapped with a corrosion-resistant black surface spray paint coating.
• Production process: In order to ensure that the friction material has the best compression value, the production process is constantly adjusted, because low compression value will cause noise, and too high compression value will be unsafe.
• Processing: The grooves and chamfered surfaces on the brake pads play a role in reducing noise to a certain extent, improving adhesion and comfort. Our brake pads, like OEMs, use grooves and chamfered surfaces to ensure their shape is low-noise construction.
• Low dust: The friction material will generate dust particles during braking, which is the result of wear. We use a low-wear formula that can reduce dust emissions, extend the life of the brake pads, and help protect the environment.
• Performance: high temperature resistance, stable friction performance and super high braking force, soft friction material, extremely low wear rate, long service life, excellent resistance to heat decay and water decay, suitable for harsh natural environments.
